There was a time when I believed that I would know more about myself by the time I reached significant age milestones in my life. At the age of 16, I thought that being 21 meant being an adult. At the age of 21, my expectations were that by age 30, I'd be accomplished and secure. Now that I have attained and surpassed each of those ages, I realize that I only have more questions than answers.
How, then, am I to tell you about myself when I am still only learning about the same?
Perhaps I should address the basic qualities that society considers "knowing" someone:

My current stint as a photographer began in the early part of 2002. I purchased the Canon G2 and began shooting anything and everything I could see with the camera in full-auto mode. In 2003 my photographic interests narrowed to people, specifically the female form, at which time I started searching for subjects. Once I reached the ceiling on the G2 I acquired the Canon 20d and a handful of lenses. Since then I have concentrated my work on glamour, pinup, artistic and erotic photography. I also have a good amount of experience shooting live events, especially burlesque shows.
I view photo sessions as a collaborative exercise. Although I often will enter a session with a particular creative inspiration, I find that the final product is enhanced by the subject's contribution.

I hold a bachelor of music degree in classical music composition. Music was, at one point in time, my passion. These days my passions are varied, but music still is one of them. My love affair with creating music has been in start and stop mode over the years and most recently has been in stop mode while I concentrate on photography. Meanwhile, the voices of the sirens still call to me and I may one day return to my musical roots and produce some new material.
